Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Bats will not be accepted for a return or replacement under the condition that there are no defects or physical damage to the bat after purchase. 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Items can not be returned after 14 days from purchase date.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damage brought on by moisture, toe edema, or dampness is not a manufacture defect, and replacement or repair of such damage is not required. Cricket toe or edge cracks Since bats are composed of natural materials, cracks are common and acceptable. The bat will not be replaced because this is not a manufacturing problem. The customer may pay to have the bat fixed. Handle Breaks: The bat will probably be repaired and the handle replaced if it is determined that the broken handle was a manufacturing defect rather than the customer's fault. There will be no replacement bat.
A mishit or a ball striking the shoulder on the full is probably the cause of a shoulder crack. The bat will not be replaced because this is not a manufacturing problem. The customer may pay to have the bat fixed. Cracks and damage to the cricket bat's surface Since bats are composed of natural materials, cracks are common and acceptable. The bat will not be replaced because this is not a manufacturing problem. The customer may pay to have the bat fixed. Crack across the blade: The bat may be replaced (within three months of the date of purchase) if the crack is determined to be a manufacturing defect rather than the customer's fault. Only within three months of the date of purchase may any damaged cross blades be replaced (at the manufacturer's option). No manufacturer offers any kind of time warranty when buying a cricket bat because of the nature of the product and the activity.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
